As the dust has settled and we are enjoying our home we wanted to express our thanks
for all you did to assist us in making this happen.
Having you as our buyers agent enabled us to feel completely comfortable as we grew to
know you and realize that you had our best interests in mind. As we were 1500 miles
away in NY and not able to fly down for every detail that arose and having you there to
represent us and our interests was of immense value and comfort to us.
Your knowledge of the real estate market in the Keys and in particular Shark Key was
extremely helpful in us choosing Shark Key as our second home. There was never a
doubt as to your ability and professionalism in dealing with us and the owners of the
various houses we contemplated purchasing. Our many phone calls and emails to you
were always met promptly and efficiently.
The purchase of the home we eventually chose was no easy feat and a great part of that
was due to your work and skills in negotiating. The truth is that we never met or spoke to
the sellers once in this transaction and in retrospect did not need to with you guiding us
through the process.
We cannot express what ease of mind that our trust in you gave us! Your determination,
skills and expertise is in great part what made this deal happen. We were ready to throw
in the towel a few times but you always found a way to make it work. Thank you for that!
As we have know been in our new home for 8 months or so we still appreciate your
follow ups and emails to see if we are happy in our new home and if there is anything
you can do for us.
Not only are you exemplary in your profession but your people skills are what make it
work!
