We were in the unique position of selling our house “For Sale Buy Owner.” We had heard horror stories of realtors treating us horribly, attempting to intimidate us into listing our house, or trying to take advantage of our position of no representation. Joanne came into our home, representing her buyers, and made the process pleasant and simple. She was very helpful to us during the process, and we closed quickly and without problems.
